Shawne Duperon’s Bio
Five-time EMMY® Award winning Producer Shawne Duperon has been in the television business for nearly 20 years. She has taught people across North America how to get thousands of dollars in free publicity. She’s collaborated with many of "The Secret" masters like John Assaraf, Marci Shimoff, and Hale Dwoskin. She’s even replaced Bill Ford of Ford Motor Company, when she spoke at the Department of Defense.
She's worked at ABC, NBC and has traveled the globe for the likes of "World Business Review" with Alexander Haig and The Science Museum of London.
Shawne has interviewed and filmed hundreds of celebrities including Morgan Freeman, Yo Yo Ma, Senator McCain and Hillary Clinton. You've watched her on numerous networks and have seen her featured in newspapers such as USA Today, The Washington Post and The Chicago Tribune to name a few. You've even heard her as the voice in radio commercials for OnStar.
Her national documentaries on PBS have garnered dozens of awards. She's currently working on the documentary "Forgive," a compelling inquiry into all aspects of how and why humans forgive.
Shawne was named "Innovator of the Year" and one of the top ten women-owned businesses by The National Association of Women Business Owners.
Shawne's currently a PhD candidate, creating leading-edge research on the relationship between mass media and gossip. Media, she says, is the ultimate network.
